I’ve had people I like dance/kiss/flirt with others when I was younger, and let me tell you it sucks. Not, like, screaming, but having his smile falter, having his eyes well up with tears, or maybe just turning away from the kiss. I, personally, wanted something more dramatic, more physical perhaps. Was his reaction the one that I was expecting? No. I know people are saying that he was super happy, but rewatch it, he was not. Cyrus looked visibly upset at the kiss, and his face read ‘I am dead inside but I’m just gonna keep on smiling’. Not because I want him to suffer, but I just think it’s more realistic. After the kiss, Cyrus didn’t seem…genuinely happy, and I’m so relieved for that. Also, when he talks bad about himself, I just want to reach into the TV screen and shake him and say “we love you!”, but alas, I can’t. He’s relatable, he’s kind, and he’s a friend we all want to have. Cyrus is easily my favorite character in Andi Mack. Oh man, if you thought I had feelings before, you are in for a rude awakening, my friends. Also, she bought the Fringe, so what does that mean for Bex and the store? It’s pretty open-ended, this part of the plot, so I’m looking forward to seeing where it goes.Ĥ. I do see why she wrote the sweet messages for Bex, but the mean review was over the top and unacceptable. I love Cece, but she does need to let Bex try and succeed on her own. Sure, Jonah talked about how he felt, but it was mostly Bowie. Yes, I get that it was good to face his fears, but it just seemed a bit rushed. He pushed Jonah to perform on stage, even when he knew that Jonah had anxiety. I want him to be with Bex, but lately, I just seem to be liking him less and less. I don’t like them together as a “couple”. Their romantic relationship, if you can even call it that, is toxic. Jonah has never been 100% honest with Andi, and by the looks of it, he’s not going to be honest with her again. Their relationship (Jonah and Andi, I mean) will not be able to last just because of the nature of their relationship. But being in public, surrounded by family and friends, after she had a song written and sung for her? Recipe for guilt. Had he sung the song for her at her house or in a more private location, I 100% don’t think that she would have kissed him. I felt so bad for Andi, since she was basically guilted and pressured into kissing Jonah. It seemed like he needed to do something, anything. Sure, he was giggling and smiling like 10 seconds after the kiss, but it just seemed…awkward. Not shock like ‘wow I kissed her and it was better than expected’, but more like ‘that’s not how I thought I would feel after I kissed her’. Jonah’s eyes were open the entire time (since he was blinking) and immediately afterwards, he had this expression on his face of vague disappointment and almost shock. ![]() I was picturing this kiss to be much more than it actually was, which was a tiny peck on the lips. As you probably, I am a diehard Jyrus shipper, and Jandi is my idea of the worst ship on the show. I’m going to talk about some key points (real original) and make comments on them.ġ. Okay, so this episode has been pretty controversial, and although many people have analyzed this, I don’t agree with everything that people have said.
